I found an issue where, when I try to pump lava into a 3x3 tank from a mixing basin after producing lava, it frequently doesn't fill and the tank starts flashing and switching between displaying none or 50 mB. I am pumping lava out of a basin that is producing lava, and simultaneously pumping it out into a spout, but not at a rate that would be the same as the input. Sometimes I can break and replace tanks and it'll start working, but if I empty the tank and start filling it again the issue returns.

This occurs without any other mods installed.
