Assembled minecarts cannot travel through nether portals

Normal minecarts will instantly go through a nether portal on contact regardless of speed, however carts with extra parts on them added by a cart assembler will not go through. I tested this with a simple minecart with just oak planks on top.
P.S. Thanks for developing this mod, it's very special. I don't think I've ever seen a mod with a personality like this, and certainly not one so well thought out.

One way to get around this is to use a Deployer with a wrench to convert the cart contraption into an item entity, extract it from the Deployer with a Brass Funnel with a Filter that disallows wrench, send that item through the portal, then on the other side use a Deployer to place it back on a rail. This method seems to preserve the contents of cart contraptions (such as fluid tanks and storage containers).
