When I remove Optifine from my modpack create just stops working.

I tried:

• Reinstalling Create
• Deleting full Config Folder

I marked this as Urgen because I am starting a Twitch server for my followers in a few days. Thanks!

This issue is unrelated to Optifine, you need to downgrade AbnormalsCore to 3.1.1

Ill give it a try, but I tested installing and uninstalling Optifine and that was the cause.
