When the blocks are spinning, sometimes it could disappear. Testing it some times, I think it goes wrong because the angle of view and the distance is too far away from the center of rotation. For example, when I back to the system of rotation and keep a little long distance, the whole of it always disappears.

Does the block disappear when the orgin of the roation is not in view? If so and you have Optifine installed, try removing Optifine. If you do not have Optifine installed, it seems to be a limitation of the base game, and not the Create mod.
