Compatibility bug with minecolonies

Deployer can't place blocks after a minecolony is created.
After deleting the colony the deployer works again.
Demonstrated on a minecart, but the same happens with deployers placed in the world as well.

Forge version: 28.2.3
Create version: mc1.14.4_v0.2.2a
This is caused by MineColonies not allowing fake players to place blocks in the colony.
You can see the area the colony is taking up by holding your building tool, inside that area the deployer is not allowed to place blocks without permission.
The fix for this is to add the Deployer to your colony's permission and make it an officer. Friend and neutral is not enough.
Now your deployer will be able to place blocks inside your colony again.
But be warned, if you are on a server, other players will be able to grief you using the deployers
