Certain animated contraptions have trouble rendering in block form. They will render perfectly fine as an entity, but the second they place as blocks they refuse to render properly. The majority of the blocks are invisible. Upon activating the contraption again, the entity displays just fine. It only gives my client rendering errors when it is placed as a block.
