Mechanical arms not recognizing Brass Funnels with items as filters as outputs

It is weird, i had to break the funnels and place them again for the arm to recognize it. It only happened when i relogged on my world.
make sure funnel's arrow is facing right way. you can set funnel as output of mechanical arm only if that funnel PULLS items in
