I'm making contraptions and am noticing some water wheels randomly causing invisible stress that doesn't clear unless you break and replace them. It happens on multiple separate contraptions that are all multiple chunks large (though not all the water wheels do this, and it doesn't seem to be chunk border based). A couple similarities with the different contraptions is both have windmills also attached which runs slower than the wheels, and the wheels offer a higher rotation speed instead.

This is 2 water wheels attached to nothing else except the stressometer after being detached from the rest of the system

And this is after breaking and replacing a single water wheel that seems to be the problem wheel
