[Suggestion] Add a link to the in-progress unofficial Fabric port to the development status wiki page

Linking this repo on the development status wiki page will give those who are desperate for a Fabric port something to refer to if they are not aware of it already. The port devs have made serious progress already and are currently waiting for the mappings port before resuming work. Hopefully this will also reduce the "fabric pls" spam.
