Deployers can't place end crystals

Just as the title says.

I tried making an ender dragon farm using deployers to place end crystals on bedrock but they just don't

Just tried on a test world and apparently your deployers are too high

Do you have any mods with chunk claiming? If so, add 'Deployer' as an ally
