Breaking tall flower with deployer dupes the flower

Steps to reproduce:

give shears to a deployer
put the deployer in punch mode
plant a tall flower (lilac, sunflower, rose etc.) in front of it
power the deployer
the flower both drops as an item and gets put in the deployer inventory, for a total of two flowers

However the fact that it drops the flower as an item if you break upper half of it should be considered as a bug.
Maybe make an issue about that?

Ah thanks, I checked and found out that on our server we have version 0.3.1c. Time to update I guess
