Stockpile switch does not update redstone signal if inventory moved.

Using latest version v0.3.2b.
Trying to use the stockpile switch to make a shulker box loader, however when the shulker box is removed from in front of the stockpile switch it's redstone output does not update. If I go into the gui and invert the signal, then it will update.
