Basins seem to ignore brass funnel item number filters and will take as much of any one item as they can to get to 16. I found this while trying to make an auto-packer for my ore processing system. I don't think it behaved this way before the recent update, so it may be a bug, but It could also be a me problem to.

If you are funnelling items into a basin, then this is intended behaviour.
Amounts on funnel filters usually only affect the stacksize of items it can/should transfer at a time.
