[BUG] World failing to load when both OTG 1.16.5-0.0.16 and create v0.3.2b & flywheel -1.16-0.1.1

###Description
This bug occurs when you try to load up/create new world. At first everything will load as normal, then once the loading screen hits 100% it freezes and throws an error in console. (Ran with Forge 36.1.25

###Steps to Reproduce

Install Create, flywheel and OTG 1.16.5-0.0.16 (NOTE: This version is NOT availble on curseforge yet, however it is available through the OTG discord.)
Create or load up an existing world.
If done correctly you should see something similar to the image above.
