In the below example image the current tool tip the goggles show can be quite informative BUT also quite anoying to work with having to take them off every few seconds to see what you are working with then putting them back on to see the info. In the belwo example the info takes up almost 1/4 of the screen. I suggest a few options:
A. Make the background of the goggles transparent or translucent (The One Probe uses this to great effect).
B. Sneak to see no tool tip or to see the tool tip (this can cause placement issues of items reversing them of what you may want)
C. Hotkey to toggle goggles on/off (I -hate- more hotkeys as there are a billion already)
D. New functionality to put goggles info on/off (sneak in air and punch or right click to put them on/off vision as an example but can be any number of other ideas though you could have the goggles render above the head as if on top or on the face for some fun with this idea).
E. Leave it as is and close this issue because you have enough as it is. Dear god I am so sorry.
