I want to load the mod Create for Minecraft 1.16.5, but it says "Need to prepare mod'Flywheel'". How can I install it?

It's pretty self explanatory, you download https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/flywheel and put it in your mods folder alongside Create
