after reloading the world, everything in the mod broke in some way. examples:

1. windmill stopped, then disappeared, then reappeared, then disappeared permanently.
2. waterwheels switched directions
3. redstone links wouldn't register anything on the receiving end
4. blocks that need redstone (mainly mechanical bearings) wouldn't react to it
5. parts of systems were over stressed but not others

I have no idea what caused this because it is not the first time reloading the world. however, it is the first time after constructing the windmill.
