[Feature Request] Sprinklers

I'd love to use Create for protecting my flammable buildings. For that, I'd like to suggest the Sprinkler.

The Sprinkler attaches to pipes. If it detects a heat source in a certain sized cone below it, it will trigger and spray the contents of the pipe, similar to the particle effects for just having an open pipe. However, contrary to just an open pipe the Sprinkler does not place a source block and sprays the pipe contents in a wide inverted-parabola-shape downwards. If water is used as a liquid these particles extinguish flames and optionally turn lava to cobble.

It might be nice to have an andesite tier and bronze tier sprinkler, with the latter having a wider spray, faster extinguishing, more detection range or even Redstone triggering. The Andesite Sprinkler would be single-use and only trigger once (if it detects a heat source). If it triggers it has to be replaced with a new one. The old one either drops nothing or an item that can be used to craft a new one cheaper. The bronze one could be reusable, especially if it can be Redstone-triggered.

IDK if it makes sense, but maybe the sprinkler could also be used in minecart vehicles, spraying when the vehicle is moving and has liquid in a tank. It could be used for making soil wet and/or boosting growth of crops.

As a crafting mechanism, it could even be used to "evenly coat" certain items with fluids.

@folaise I like that idea, both as a stationary thing as well as in a minecart vehicle.

Alternatively, I was thinking it could act as a booster for crops that only works when the right amount is sprayed on the crops (e.g 100mB/day or something like that). Too little and you get little to no extra growth, too much and the crops grow rate decreases. It would motivate Players to build intricately timed mechanisms and vehicles to get the right amount of water on the plants.

Long term you could even add Fertilizer as a new craftable liquid, which would be an additional booster you can spray on your crops.

The sprinkler gives a lot more applications for the liquid system, which in my opinion is a bit underused right now.

A sprinkler system would be an interesting mechanic if implemented correctly if it were to be used as a sprinkler that is used to put out fires then a mechanic that would start fires would need to be made. Maybe if something is running on the edge of it's stress limit it could possibly start a fire. A sprinkler could be used to put out those fires, water crops like the idea above said, and maybe it could be a way to cover apples in honey and such.

I have proposed something similar on the Create Discord a while back.

Sprinkler, pump fluids into it to do stuff, the higher the speed of the pump, the farther the range.
When water is pumped into it -> Stops fires, Hurts blaze, enderman (like rain), fills cauldrens, wets farmland
When lava is pumped -> burns wood, hurts entities, fills cauldrens (1.17).
When milk is pumped -> Remove potion effects
When potions is pumped -> Apply potion affect
