Quick note that I also tried it on the latest version of all three mods above, same apparent error report.

I updated these:

kubejs-forge-1605.3.13-build.50
kubejs-create-1605.1.2-build.7

And updated the above three to ensure everything possible is the latest:

create-mc1.16.5_v0.3.2c
createaddition-1.16.5-20210731a
flywheel-1.16-0.2.0

And now get this error:

Closing issue, this was resolved by ensuring the configs were updated.
