Issue: Deployer can be given a block or item with directional placement (ie: glazed terracotta, hoppers, shafts, etc.) but the deployer does not do anything with these items. It stops moving. If this is intentional please close out issue.

Cannot reproduce, maybe there was already a block in its active area?
