Rather than having to place a Redstone Link next to a Funnel or other Create blocks which can be activated by Redstone, there should be a new item called Redstone Activator or Receiver or something, which has a configurable UI that looks similar to the Linked Controller's (multiple Redstone frequency options) and can be placed on Funnels and such like the Filter can be.

This way you can activate Funnels, Pumps, etc, without using up space to place a Redstone Link.

I came up with this when making a storage system, which it would help to make things a lot more compact and simple to build.
