I'm wondering if it'd be possible to add a config option to toggle wither or not the "Cuckoo Clock" and "Clockwork Bearing" goes crazy in biomes such as the Nether or End?

Alternatively, there could also be a block or item that turns crazy clocks normal, and maybe even the opposite for the overworld!

It's not a huge issue, but it'd be appreciated!
