When using a ventilator upwards to lift a player, this player is kicked from the multiplayer server becuase flying is not enabled. If you want I can provide the flags you need to set to the player in order to fix this. (I had the same issues with a parachute I made)

Maybe you can do a pull request.

This issue has been addressed in 0.2.2b. Thanks for the report and feel free to re-open if need be.
