If you have a moving contraption and its bearing is within teleport range of a shulker, the shulker can try to teleport to the bearing and shunt the moving portion of the contraption instead of teleporting itself. In the example picture, the rotating four block piece below the glass is attached to the bearing up above. Both the bearing and the four block piece with saw blades on it are still rotating.

Seems to happen more often when the moving portion of the contraption would intersect with the shulker.
