Always i start minecraft with create on 1.14.4. game crashed

That's not a crash log. You can find the crash log at /crash-reports/

I would advise deleting and downloading the pack again. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the Twitch app

for me it always crashes after starting but I have already downloaded the twitch launcher again but it still doesn't work

This is an issue with twitch and forge for 1.14! You have to install forge manually.
