Attempting to empty an item that contains more than 1500 mB of a liquid completely locks up the Item Drain, the item stays on it but never starts emptying, even if connected to a pump and tank.

The Item Drain should always try to empty an item up until its capacity, then send the item along if it can't handle it, not lock up before it even starts.
