Anytime i try to create a hardcore world, it just give me the world but in survival and i rlly want to play hardcore.

Does not seem like a Create issue, hardcore mode is survival.

Do you have any other mods? I tried to confirm on a fresh create install and hardcore was working as intended

He doesn't know that hardcore is just survival but with one life, so he reported it to a repository that had the word "create" in it.
