Rare crash generating minecarts in mineshafts

on create 0.3.2d there seems to be a random crash, which I have mentioned here as it seemed to trigger when I kept this addon up to date.

There is a failure that causes the internal server to close whilst ticking minecart entities.

I have Quark and More Minecarts mods installed

I'm letting this close this time since nobody even bothered and create team has already moved on to 1.18.1
