some blocks went invisible like shaft and water wheel I'm so sad, but I don't know if it's because of my other mods.

Any mod that overhauls rendering (OptiFine, Sodium etc.) will clash with flywheel and not render moveable parts.

I had this issue with the sodium mod (alternative to optifine) and resolved by turning off the chunk multi-draw option in the advanced options. However, the moving windmill still disappeared, but only while it’s moving, so I’m not sure if this is the same issue.
