Steps to reproduce

1. Take a:
   Mechanical bearing
   Fluid pipe
   Mechanical pump
   Fluid tank
   Power generator for contraption with cogwheels
   Wrench
   Fluid which can be pour out in the world
2. Place fluid container and connect pump at first then a fluid pipe.
3. Place mechanical bearing to fluid pump and power it, then off it.
4. Pour fluid into fluid tank and power mechanical pump to pump fluid into world.
5. when a fluid almost leaked out, activate mechanical bearing.
6. Fluid will be poured out, collect fluid into bucket.
7. Switch direction at mechanical pump into tank.
8. off a mechanical bearing.
9. Some parts of fluid come backs into tank.
   Result: Fluid poured out and remains in tank
   Information about poured fluid in pipe still remains till it not full bucket to poured into block, because mechanical bearing freeze it,
   bug occures and it think there still exist pipe which is pour fluid out.
