Seeing as these are a very common feature in conveyor belts I'm a bit surprised that they aren't a thing in create

Basically they're just little plates that cause items to either move between parallel belts, or into a receptacle without actually having to make a second belt heading into a different direction.

The closest we have at the moment are Brass Tunnels, but even then they don't exactly work the same way.
