Reproduction:
Place a Framed Cube.
Use the schematic and quill to create a schematic of the Framed Cube.
Load an Empty Schematic with the Framed Cube nbt file at the Schematic Table.
Attempt to place the schematic.

I am sure that cross-mod compatibility issues for the schematicannon are an endless rabbit hole, but I hope that you'll consider FramedBlocks support! FramedBlocks allows for some complex and high-effort building designs, and being able to save and share builds would be invaluable.
