To duplicate:
- set up mixer with a blaze burner.
- pump lava from the mixer into a tank
- pump lava from the tank into a spout
- run until spout full, without tank ever getting above 50
Lava is somehow deleted, but the glitch goes away if you wait for the tank to fill up beyond the spigots capacity first. I was pumping at max speed, in case that causes any issues with replication.
I'm seeing something similar with spouts being pumped into from a tinker smeltery in the above and beyond modpack. It looks like the spout doesn't handle excess input correctly.
In my case I'm producing mass electron tubes by spouting liquid iron onto polished rose quartz (recipes are a bit different there) - I noticed some of the iron ends up missing during the process. Notably 8 mB of iron ends up leftover in the spout (each iteration takes 16 mB, and 62 * 16 = 992, so 8 mB leftover seems... suspicious), with some 4-20 iterations of spouting not being covered. I guess the exact amount depends on the timing of when the spout hits max capacity and then deletes some of the input liquid.
