Currently, facing a stockpile switch into a portable interface does nothing, as it does not register the PSI as a valid inventory, even when it's connected to a contraption. As the PSI acts as a proxy for all inventories on a contraption, it would be nice if the stockpile switch could read contraption inventories, allowing items to be kept in stock on contraptions (main use I can think of is keeping saplings stocked between a certain amount in a tree farm contraption, so the contraption doesn't fill up with saplings).

Pretty sure I did this in my world and it worked just fine. Wasn't in the latest version though.

You have to setup a stationary PSI for the moving one to connect to, and then measure the result from the stationary one
