I am tinkering with a new mod pack and using Craft Tweaker to change some recipes around. How can I make it so that the mechanical crafter recognizes Craft Tweaker Recipes?

For example, I have Tubes Reloaded. I wanted to change the recipe to have the tubes be made of brass. The original recipe was craftable with the Mechanical Crafter but my new one is not.
