Analog belt pullies cause contraptions to malfunction at certain speeds

There are several combinations of RPM and analog belt pulley signal strength which cause the pulley, or an encased belt attached to it, to pop off like when a part is rotated in two separate conflicting speeds.

A few examples:

3 RPM ran into a belt pulley at a signal strength of 11 or 13, attached to an encased belt

Several RPMs can be run into a pulley at 13, attached to an encased belt, attached to a shaft, attached to an encased belt, then attached to a pulley, also at 13 (which should end up leaving the initial RPM unchanged).

An RPM of 16, run into a pullet at any number between 2 and 14 inclusive, attached to an encased belt, attached to a shaft, attached to an analog pulley at 13, attached to an encased belt.
