Returning item to toolbox makes it unavailable in the quick access

- Place a toolbox on the ground
- Put a wrench in one slot
- Select the wrench from quick-access (ATL) menu
- Open quick access menu again (ALT)
- click "return items to toolbox" button
- !! Try to quick-access wrench again --> you can't select it, even though the item is in the toolbox.
Expected behavior - you should be able to select the wrench again.
