this usually occurs from fatal block tag misconfiguration, in many cases required tags have vanished and the game cannot go on without them.
check your latest.log in .minecraft/logs and scroll down to where you tried to load the world. send the error, and try a shot at cutting your modpack into two and then testing each half. if one half breaks the world, cut it into two again, repeat until you’ve found the mods responsible. make backups if you’re testing this on a world you care about.
