If a transmitting redstone link is moved while powered, to a place where it is not being powered, it will continue to transmit power on its frequency despite correctly rendering that it is not receiving power. Attached is a simple way to replicate the bug, (though it will destroy the button, I was going for simplicity here.) Any setup that moves a redstone link while it is powered should replicate the bug, not just this one.

Yup this problem is really annoying.
A fix might have already been implemented in 2.3

This issue has been addressed in 0.2.3. Thanks for the report and feel free to re-open if need be.
