Potions lose their 'CustomPotionColor' and 'display' tags when drained into a fluid so when doing
/give @p minecraft:potion{CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:1,Duration:1200},{Id:8,Duration:1200}],CustomPotionColor:1048487,display:{Name:""Parkour potion""}}
and putting that though a item drain and back out of a spout back into a bottle you get a "uncraftable potion" that is the default potion liquid pink
