I have a multi cart train circuit that assembles at a station and disassembles in the same exact slots after completing a loop. Each cart consists of 2 minecarts and 2 cart assemblers. Sometimes, one cart assembler decides to recognize the other cart assembler as part of the contraption (sometimes both point to each other), resulting in a failed assembly. This is random, so parts of the train can assemble correctly, while others stay in place as solid blocks. Replacing the cart assembler fixes the conflict, however it's not an ideal solution, as others assemble correctly and ride off.
I can't find a consistent reproduction as the event seems random. I have tested various configurations, like only turning on one of the assemblers, both, using different blocks for the cart etc.
