Explosions cause problems with glue or moving mechanisms

Hi! I'm playing the newest version of Create, Above and Beyond. I have an automated kelp farm with spinning Mechanical Harvesters powered by a windmill. The structure is inside of a basin and touches the basin walls when in-active, normally no issues occur when starting it again. Now recently a creeper has fallen into the basin and blown up without breaking tiles, but ever since it did the contraption has been taking the basin and terrain with it when activated resulting in having to rebuild it to fix this issue.
I'm not sure if it is a bug or something with the other mods in this pack, but I wanted to let you know.
