Variable Clutch

A special clutch that can allow you to decide how much % of the power into the clutch is outputted. I suggest the create style of scroll wheel and for the crafting recipe it would be a clutch with 4 gears around it. I dont really know what the recipe should be like, but I do think the addition of such a device would be really neat and allow for better power distribution control in the mod.

I mean stress, because speed is already easily controllable
