brass chutes when qty set will cause extra tps lags when compared to non set chute when it can't extract

Reproduction Steps

way to produce place down inventory above chute check tps (mine was around 1.8) set the brass chute to extract in batches of 16 check your tps (mine went to 2.5) now the fun bit put stacks of item in the chest but nothing going above 15 (my tps went right up to 10) (if my memory is right Integrated Dynamics used to have same problem with set extract amounts causing extra tps strain)

(Cave factory modpack manually updated create mods incase outdated problem)
