Mod Version: 0.2.2b

In a schematic table, while a schematic is being uploaded, you can remove the empty schematic from the left slot and place it back in your inventory. The upload will continue, and the schematic will still be created without deleting the empty schematic.

This issue has been addressed in 0.2.3. Thanks for the report and feel free to re-open if need be.
