v0.4 Stairs/Slabs do not drop the item when broken (pickaxe is not the correct tool for breaking)

Describe the Bug

When trying to break the various types of stairs/slabs added in the 0.4 update (made from Crimsite, Asurine, Veridium, Ochrum, Calcite, and probably other types as well but I didn't test them all) the stair/slab does not drop the appropriate item when broken. Jade seems to suggest their is no proper tool set for breaking these blocks.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place any stair or slab added in the 0.4 update for 1.18
  2. Break it with a pickaxe (it takes longer than it should)
  3. ???
  4. Stair/slab does not drop in item form

Expected Result

Pickaxe breaks stairs/slab as fast as other vanilla versions and the item drops when the block is broken

Can confirm in Create 0.4a for Minecraft 1.18.1, Forge 39.0.5.

Strangely, hammers from Silent's Gear break them just fine.
