Describe the Bug

so my issue is that whenever i try to build a rocket everything works except for the fuel loader and even when i use cheats to give the rocket fuel when i fly to the moon as soon as the loading screen ends it says press space to descend but i am not in my rocket and even though i press space and the GUI says the rocket has landed im still stuck floating in the atmosphere

Reproduction Steps

1.set up rocket with fuel loader
2. if possible find another way to get to space
3. when you get to space the second bug should show itself
...

Expected Result

i expected to be able to load the rocket with fuel and then safely land on the moon but it wont work
