Describe the Suggestion

Allow disabling the Sticker's toggling functionality, so that it will only stick when a redstone signal is applied. It would always stick when powered and never stick when not powered.

Additional Context

I'm not exactly sure what the rationale was for making the Sticker toggle-only. It would make more sense to me to have it work like the Clutch and have it active only when a redstone signal is present. Since any creation using the Sticker already depends on the toggle behavior, the new behavior would have to be opt-in.

I'm trying to control the Sticker using a computer and it's a bit scary to have it managing this invisible state that the computer can't see. It's easy enough to home the gantries but there's no way to home the sticker without knowing what state it's in. I'd much rather manage the state myself by changing the redstone output.
