Describe the Bug

On the Cave Factory modpack my deployers are not deploying bone meal to crops. I have set them up 1, 2, and 3 blocks away, applying vertically and horizontally.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set up working deployer supplied with bone meal
2. Place seeds on tilled farmland in proper range of deployer

...

Expected Result

No deployment of bone meal
