Nested subcontraptions being placed back into the world disconnected from their parent

Describe the Bug
When using mechanical bearings to have nested sub-contraptions, the sub-contraptions are often placed back into the world disconnected from their parent contraption.
Reproduction Steps
- Apply rotational force to a mechanical bearing whose mounted contraption has additional sub-contraptions.
- After a moment, remove the rotational force such that the contraption is placed back into the regular world.
- Observe (with high likelihood) that the sub-contraption is not connected in the way it originally had been.
Expected Result
Nested sub-contraptions should be placed back into the world such that they are connected to their parent bearing at the same point that they were when initially constructed.
